Jon Huggett is a seasoned leader and coach with decades of experience in top-tier consulting firms and social impact organizations. He has served as a Partner at The Bridgespan Group in San Francisco and New York, where he helped establish the office, and at Bain & Company in Johannesburg and Toronto. Earlier in his career, Jon worked with The Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco and New York. Throughout his consulting journey, he has driven strategic change across various sectors and contributed to numerous boards, including The Wikimedia Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontières, and All Out, bringing critical insights to both private and social sector success.

Beyond consulting, Jon has held executive roles, running three companies: a $75 million healthcare operation spanning four continents, the London-based subsidiary of DAI focused on economic development in emerging countries, and Planet Out, a pioneering lesbian and gay web company. He began his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he honed his skills in sales and brand management.

A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Jon delivers world-class coaching to help leaders navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth. His global perspective, gained from working in cities worldwide, informs his approach to leadership development.

Jon is also a passionate advocate for LGBT equality, having led or helped found five impactful organizations: the STOP AIDS Project, Planet Out, B-GLAD (the Bain & Bridgespan Gay & Lesbian Alliance for Diversity), the Organization for Refuge, Asylum and Migration, and All Out.
